Reporting to the Manager, Operational Excellence, the Systems Administrator & Financial Analyst sets up and maintains Operational Excellence processes within the initiative management system (IDHall), ensures financial viability of solutions and opportunities, and develops performance reporting. The role enables accurate portfolio tracking, benefits realization, and timely, reliable dashboards to support decision-making.This role is located at the Cote Gold Mine Site on a Monday-Thursday schedule.Responsibilities:Configure and administer the OE initiative management system (IDHall), including workflows, permissions, templates, and metadataMaintain data governance standards, quality controls, auditability, and change logs across the OE portfolioDevelop, review,



and validate business cases, including ROI, payback, and financial assumptionsPartner with Finance to track realized savings and benefits and align reporting with budget cyclesDesign and maintain Power BI dashboards, standardized KPI reports, and automated data pipelinesPublish monthly benefits realization and variance reports, highlighting risks and corrective actionsProvide system user support, onboarding, training, and development of job aids and documentationEnsure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and data privacy requirementsQualificationsKey Skills & Knowledge:Post‑secondary degree in finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, or a related fieldAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Power BIStrong understanding of financial analysis, benefits realization, and business case developmentExperience with initiative or portfolio management systems (e.G., IDHall or similar)Knowledge of data governance, reporting standards, and internal controlsMinimum 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or systems administrationDemonstrated experience building dashboards and automated reports in Power BIProven ability to manage data quality, reconciliation, and portfolio‑level reportingExperience in mining or heavy industry environments is considered an assetSkills & Strengths, We Value:Strong analytical thinking with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to translate complex financial or technical data into clear business insightsEffective communicator who builds collaborative relationships across OE, Finance, IT,
