With a solid focus on data integrity and strategic alignment, this role provides both analytical depth and business influence.AccountabilitiesManage and enhance compensation programs to ensure alignment with business strategy, market competitiveness, and internal equityEnsure compliance with compensation-related regulations across Canada and the United States, including pay equity and transparency requirementsLead the annual merit cycle, including market analysis, system preparation, data validation, and stakeholder trainingPartner with HR and Finance teams to manage incentive programs, including short-term incentive payouts and accrual processesAdminister variable compensation programs, ensuring accurate calculations, audits, and coordination with payrollLead job description harmonization initiatives and support job evaluation processes across business unitsDevelop and maintain compensation models, dashboards,
