Join Tech-Wood as an IT Support Specialist to ensure a reliable technology workplace for our Calgary operations. Support employees with IT hardware and software issues daily. In this essential role, you will be the first line of support for IT issues at both Tech-Wood facilities.

Your responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring technology aligns with business needs. Collaborate across departments to enhance processes and improve user experience while adhering to security protocols. Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily IT support across Tech-Wood locations
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and hardware issues
Manage onboarding and offboarding IT processes
Maintain accurate asset inventories and documentation
Identify improvements in IT workflows and user experiences Requirements:
2–4 years of IT support experience preferred
Robust communication and organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft settings and cybersecurity
Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license
