You will engage in mobilization, exercise, and equipment maintenance while playing an essential role in patient recovery. Each action you take significantly contributes to their independence and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Carry out established therapy programs for residents
Maintain inventories and clean therapy equipment
Report on resident progress to therapists
Ensure a protected and orderly working workplace
Engage in departmental feedback and quality improvement discussions Requirements:
Graduation from a Rehabilitation Assistant program or similar training
Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage and organize work tasks
Physical capability to perform rehabilitation duties
