We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of delicious dishes in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.
Hourly: 40h / week
- $19.00 / hour for the first 3 months
- $20.00 /h after 3 months
- 4% Vacation pay is distributed per pay period
- Additional Tips - distributed daily

Schedule:
- Shift 5 days a week - 40h / week
- 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM - Curry Station (30min break)
- Likely off Sunday & Monday / Tuesday & Wedneday
Temporary 6-month full-time position, with guaranteed part-time employment thereafter. Continued full-time hours may be available depending on business needs and work availability. Rotating Shift (Wok, Curry & Appetizer Stations, Assist) (Wok Skills preferred)
- Work in Curry & Appetizer Stations as per schedule.
- Ensure all food meets quality standards, proper portioning and is prepared promptly
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Perform food preparation tasks,
including cutting vegetables, making spring rolls, fish cake and etc.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in clearing and cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils
- Assist in inventory management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of Asian / Thai food preparation techniques.
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Food Protected Level 1 required
