Job Summary

Duties

- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company goals.

- Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.




- Provide ongoing account management support, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly.

Experience

- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales performance.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market conditions to drive business development efforts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for effective negotiation.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
