? Hiring: Logistics Coordinator II | La Prairie, Quebec

We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator II to join an industrial supply chain team in La Prairie, Quebec . || French + English bilingualism is mandatory

? Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and optimize inbound and outbound shipments
- Manage international transportation by air and sea
- Coordinate tooling shipments to customers
- Support customs classifications and transactions
- Ensure on-time delivery from suppliers to the site and from the site to customers
- Work closely with Procurement, Project Management, and Production Planning
- Plan shipments based on shipping team capacity

? Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in transportation and customs/import-export
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and HS Codes
- Knowledge of transportation documentation and import/export regulations




- Experience with sea, road, and air transportation
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods transportation in Canada and the U.S.
- Experience in an industrial workplace
- Basic ERP knowledge; SAP preferred
- Bilingual French/English – mandatory
- Strong planning, organization, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work with international customers, suppliers, and carriers
