Job Purpose

Support daily logistics and inventory operations through SAP transaction processing, inventory reconciliation, freight coordination, and communication with internal departments and external carriers. Maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring timely receipt of materials, and supporting efficient supply chain operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Perform daily SAP transactions.
- Maintain situational awareness of by monitoring and responding to incoming logistics emails from carriers etc. and Teams messages from internal departments. Skilled communications are to be adhered to at all times.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Inventory Coordination and Production departments to maintain smooth operations.




- Perform reconciliation of SAP inventory, including hands-on investigation on the floor as necessary.
- Manage SAP discrepancies by working with warehouse, production, and Inventory Coordinators to resolve and correct inventory batch/quantity errors.
- Timely Goods Receipt of incoming raw materials. Elevating to the Purchasing department when Purchase Orders are over/under shipped or materials are damaged upon arrival, including related documentation such as emails and photos.
- Leads efforts to maintain accurate records in the SAP system. Initiate and enter cycle counts as per inventory policy.
- Manage freight deliveries and research if product has been received as promised.
- Closing of CHEP pallet entries to document CHEP pallet movements.
- Process daily 3PL invoices and update of invoice tracking sheet.
- Investigation and processing of shipping-related complaints in the CRM portal.
- Follow up on process orders regarding errors, correct errors and prevent, if possible, discrepancies.
- Supports product safety, quality, and legality.
- Support and comply with all quality management systems, continuous improvement programs, food safety, employee safety,



preventative maintenance programs and legality.
- Communicates safety, quality, and food safety policies to all employees and ensure such policies are applied by all employees.
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training. Maintain safe and efficient use of equipment and tools. Report any injury or accident and/or any unsafe condition immediately to supervisory.
- Conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner.
- Other job duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Experience with SAP systems and transactions.
- Experience in freight coordination outbound and/or inbound.
- Knowledge of the supply chain process.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills a must.
- Ability to work independently yet efficiently and proactively.
- Ability to complete short- and long-term projects and deal with multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Ability to solve complex issues in a proactive manner.
- Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and other computer applications.
- Must be able to work from Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: $48,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
