The role is primarily execution-focused, supporting multiple applications and services while ensuring operational stability, documentation quality, and effective coordination with business and technology partners.Key AccountabilitiesCustomerExecute day-to-day operational and administrative support for multiple applications owned and managed by the team, including access management.Provide ongoing application support to business partners and users, ensuring issues and requests are addressed in a timely manner.Document and maintain all business-owned artifacts required for projects and major initiatives in accordance with enterprise project delivery and application lifecycle practices.Support and contribute input to scorecards, dashboards, and operational monitoring metrics for applications.Manage and maintain Business Operations documentation required to support BAU activities.Continuously identify opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency.Implement enhancements to existing workflows to improve automation, standardization,
