This role consolidates production and inventory data, maintains manufacturing documentation, and assists with administrative and compliance processes within the production environment. The role also supports process improvement initiatives and helps ensure manufacturing records align with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.You have:Experience in an administrative, operations, or manufacturing support role.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.Experience maintaining organized documentation, records, and reports.The ability to work with data from multiple sources and consolidate it into clear,
