Our client is seeking an experienced Demand & Supply Planner to support the planning and deployment of large-scale infrastructure, network hardware, and technology products. This role combines both demand forecasting and supply planning responsibilities, helping balance inventory, capacity, sourcing, and deployment requirements across complex supply chains.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Sourcing, and external suppliers to develop demand forecasts, manage supply plans, optimize inventory, and mitigate supply risks while supporting key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop short, mid, and long-term demand forecasts and supply plans.
- Balance demand, inventory, capacity, and supply constraints to meet business objectives.
- Support planning activities for hardware, networking, compute, storage, and related technology products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks, manage shortages, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Build forecasting, scenario-planning, and inventory optimization models.
- Drive S&OP; / IBP processes to align demand, supply, and operational priorities.
- Develop KPIs,



dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.
- Present planning recommendations, risks, and performance metrics to leadership teams.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Materials Planning, or S&OP;/IBP.
- Strong forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain planning experience.
- Experience with ERP and planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9, or similar tools.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills; experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, or other reporting tools is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven workplace and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting hardware, technology, electronics, telecom, networking, or infrastructure-related products is highly preferred.

Ideal candidates will bring a blend of demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, analytics, and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable supply chain strategies.
