The first interaction sets the tone, builds trust, and shapes whether someone feels ready to take the next step.This role supports the sales team (who we call Growth Consultants) by keeping our pipeline organized, qualifying leads, preparing documents, and making sure Growth Consultants walk into every session with the context they need. The person in this role is a self-starter, they’re motivated to learn, and they have a passion for helping others.This role provides an opportunity for career growth, with a path to broader sales responsibilities and leadership.What You’ll DoPipeline & Activity OrganizationMaintain Pipedrive so all deals are in the right stage and organizedMonitor the leads inbox and qualify incoming leadsMove deals to the next stage when a trigger occurs, like a signed agreement or a completed meetingConnecting With Future PartnersPossibly taking the first call from incoming leads and assessing how Longhouse can help.Ask the right questions to help us understand their timeline, budget,



and goals.Communication and Follow-UpSend follow-up emails to potential partners in the pipelinePrepare intro and project handoff emails when deals move between stages or team membersPrepare Documents & Conduct ResearchPrepare authorization forms, draft agreements, and create intake materialDraft emails on behalf of the Growth ConsultantCompile pre‑meeting research on incoming leads, covering their website, current marketing activity, and relevant backgroundDaily PreparationReview Growth Consultants’ calendars to help prepare for upcoming sessionsConfirm phones are on and ready before the day’s first callIdentify anything from the previous day that needs attention before the team dives inWhat We’re Looking ForSkills & ExperienceFamiliarity with CRM tools like Pipedrive, or similar platformsStrong written communication, including the ability to write professional emailsComfortable and confident speaking to potential partners on the phoneAbility to manage a shared inbox with attention to detailComfortable doing research and creating summariesAbility to be pro‑active and support the sales team with upcoming meetings, RFPs, and questions coming in from potential partners.Longhouse Branding & Marketing is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
