RLG is looking for a hands-on IT Manager to navigate their cloud-first transition in Vancouver, BC. Lead a skilled team and oversee critical IT governance and security functions. In this full time, in office role, you will report to the CFO and take charge of IT infrastructure while prioritizing cloud migration.

Direct infrastructure and identity architecture decisions
Lead the transition from on-premises to cloud platforms
Set and enforce security policies and governance
Manage vendor contracts and IT budgets
Administer Microsoft 365 and SharePoint governance Requirements:
7+ years in IT with focus on infrastructure and security
2+ years managing vendors and budgets
Hands-on experience with virtualization and enterprise networking
Proficiency in hybrid identity architecture
