Located in beautiful Richmond, BC, Richmond Country Club seeks an experienced Equipment Technician to head our maintenance operations.

This role demands 3–5 years of experience in equipment servicing and the ability to foster a culture of safety and efficiency within the maintenance team. As you collaborate with the Golf Course Superintendent, you will play a critical role in ensuring our course is always ready for play. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance and repairs of all golf course equipment




Organize and maintain the equipment maintenance shop
Develop and keep detailed maintenance records
Oversee procurement of equipment parts and maintain budget
Educate staff on secure equipment usage and maintenance practices Requirements:
Journeyperson certification or equivalent mechanical experience
Minimum 3–5 years in equipment maintenance
Extensive knowledge of engines and hydraulic systems
Excellent organizational and planning abilities
