Coordinate patient care within the DAP
Implement and monitor individualized care plans
Assist with interventional procedures
Provide education to patients and families
Maintain explicit communication with health care teams Requirements:
Current registration with the College of Nurses
Experience in Oncology Nursing within the past 5 years
Competence in symptom management for palliative care
Excellent communication and organizational skills
