Elevate your career as an Academic Pathways Development Specialist at NorQuest College, bridging gaps between K-12 education and post-secondary prospects. This full-time role involves designing effective pathways to connect students in public schools with NorQuest’s diverse programs.
Reporting to the Director of Grants & Academic Initiatives, you'll coordinate with various departments and school boards, using data analytics to refine educational processes and improve learner outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor academic pathways processes
Lead projects related to dual credit and learner mobility
Facilitate team-oriented discussions about curriculum with K-12 education
Distribute resources regarding pathway programs to stakeholders
Create reports and presentations on program successes Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or relevant experience
Minimum of three years managing educational programs
Knowledge of Alberta’s K-12 educational system
Project management experience preferred
Capacity to coordinate engagement activities effectively Drive educational success and build significant connections for students transitioning to higher education at NorQuest College.
