Responsibilities
Assist with the installation and maintenance of gardens, lawns, and landscape features using hand tools and power tools
Operate machinery such as excavators and other construction equipment safely and effectively
Prepare sites by digging, leveling, and clearing debris to facilitate planting or construction activities
Support irrigation system installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance to ensure healthy plant growth
Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing




Maintain tools and equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols

Experience
Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or construction is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous
Experience operating machinery such as excavators or other heavy equipment is a plus
Knowledge of horticulture principles, landscape maintenance practices, and irrigation systems is beneficial
Ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently or as part of a team
Robust work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn current skills
