A qualified candidate will have a Continuing Care Assistant certificate, as well as robust interpersonal and communication skills, along with basic organizational abilities. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personal care for clients as part of daily support
Promote clients' emotional and psychological health




Assist in achieving clients' optimal level of functioning
Maintain organized documentation of care provided
Travel is required to serve clients in the Lac La Ronge Region Requirements:
Must have a Continuing Care Assistant certificate
Robust communication and interpersonal skills essential
Valid driver’s license necessary for travel
Ability to work independently and responsibly
