The Inspection

Trainee will work with experienced Operators to learn the processes involved in sucker rod inspections. You will conduct thread inspections, perform magnetic particle tests, and manage the cleaning and repair of components. Adhering to safety protocols and company policies is vital in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in utilizing the CSR Inspection unit proficiently
Conduct detailed thread inspections and magnetically analyze rods
Clean and repair pipe threads effectively
Sort and visually assess sucker rods for quality
Participate in equipment setup and basic maintenance tasks Requirements:
High school diploma with minimum English communication
Exceptional communication skills to engage with the team
Preferred: Standard First Aid training
