Your role is critical in setting up and maintaining all concession areas, supervising staff, maintaining health and safety standards, and supporting overall event success. Oak View Group serves the stadium as its main Food & Beverage partner during a brief but intense season of 12‑15 concerts, running from May to September. This is a perfect chance for someone looking for an extra gig, part‑time work, and a fun work environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee set‑up and readiness of all concession stands prior to each eventAssign duties to employees and volunteers; ensure staffing coverage and operational efficiencyMonitor food production, inventory levels, and cash handling proceduresTrain new and current staff on procedures, best practices,
and guest service standardsStep in to support or backfill any position as needed to maintain service and guest satisfactionAssist with Premium Services operations and special event needsMaintain a safe, clean, and harassment‑free work environment; promptly report and address safety issuesSupervise alcohol service, including ID checks and managing over‑service situationsSupport POS transactions, order processing, and guest interaction when neededEnsure all equipment is operational and sanitation standards are metEnforce company policies and procedures; model professional conduct at all timesCoach and counsel staff as needed; complete related HR documentationAssist with inventory, training sessions, and other projects assigned by managementQualificationsMust be legally authorized to work in CanadaAt least 1–2 years’ experience working in a supervisory capacity in a food & beverage environmentAbility to communicate effectively with all stakeholders including co‑workers, customers, and management while generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environmentAbility to speak, read and write in EnglishAbility to work well in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced, event‑driven environmentFood handling certificate is preferredSmartServe qualification is essentialAbility to handle cash accurately and responsiblyOur Commitment to DiversityAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
