If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and enjoy being the hub that connects people, schedules, and projects—this role was built for you.What You’ll DoYou’ll be the command center for our service and project operations—keeping everything organized, efficient, and on track.Your Day-to-day Will IncludeDispatching technicians to service calls and project sites.Managing schedules, work orders, and incoming service requests.Communicating with clients, technicians, and leadership to keep everyone aligned.Reviewing jobs to confirm materials, timing, and logistics.Tracking job progress from start to completion.Handling office deliveries and daily opening/closing tasks.Supporting leadership with admin and project coordination.ExperienceBackground in construction, commercial maintenance, dispatch, or service coordination (strongly preferred).3+ years in an administrative, dispatch,
or customer service role.Experience coordinating field teams, technicians, or trades is a big plus.SkillsClear, confident communication (you’ll talk to everyone—from techs to clients).Strong organization and multitasking—you’ll juggle a lot, and that’s the fun part.Calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve when plans change.Technical Know-HowComfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).Experience with scheduling tools, work order systems, or CRM platforms is a plus.Where You’ll ThriveConstruction companies.Commercial maintenance/facility services.HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service companies.Property management or building operations.Dispatching or coordinating field service teams.What Success Looks LikeKeep technicians moving efficiently from job to job.Make sure every service call is documented, scheduled, and completed properly.Communicate clearly so nothing falls through the cracks.Solve scheduling challenges quickly and confidently.Help deliver fast, professional service our clients can rely on.Compensation & Benefits$20–$23/hour, depending on experience.Benefits package after probationary period.Growth opportunities within a stable, expanding company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
