Become an integral part of Okanagan College as the International Partnerships Coordinator. This full time role emphasizes short-term program coordination and partnership development, with a key focus on Japan. Under the guidance of the Associate Director, you will manage international partnerships and short-term programs, promoting Okanagan College’s global engagement strategy.

Your fluency in Japanese will be crucial as you liaise with Japanese institutions and evaluate potential TNE partnerships. This position includes international travel to strengthen relationships and support program delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate relationships with international partner institutions
Coordinate customized short-term international programs




Assess partnership proposals for alignment with OC’s strategy
Represent OC at international education events
Maintain accurate records of partnership activities Requirements:
Degree in International Education or related field
Minimum three years in international education or program coordination
Japanese language proficiency is required
Experience with partnership development preferred
