We’re hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide quality in-home support for seniors / aging adults. This is a hands-on role for someone patient, reliable, and confident working independently while delivering respectful, client-centered care.

What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 care to seniors in their homes
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, mobility, and toileting
Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
Document care notes using mobile apps and scheduling tools

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience caring for seniors is required
Experience with dementia care is a robust asset
Reliable, compassionate, and patient with solid communication skills
Comfortable using smartphones/apps for scheduling and charting
Ability to work independently and adapt to clients’ individual needs
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred
Reliable mode of transportation

Assets
Home care, long-term care, or facility experience
Experience supporting clients living with dementia or cognitive decline
