About the Position

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring guests have a positive experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
Handle reservations, cancellations, room changes, and guest requests.
Answer phone calls, emails, and general guest inquiries.
Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding room status and guest requests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified front desk area.
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Complete daily front desk reports and shift handover duties.




Handle confidential guest information appropriately.
Perform other duties as required by management.

Qualifications
Previous hotel or customer service experience is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive computer and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a busy hotel environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
