Trades Camp CoordinatorThis role involves managing the delivery of KPU’s Trades Summer Camps. The Coordinator works closely with Continuing and Professional Studies (CPS) instructors and a team of Camp Leaders to support classroom management and ensure a positive, engaging experience for all camp participants.Reporting ToProgram Progression and Events CoordinatorKey ResponsibilitiesWork under the supervision and guidance of the Program Progression and Events Coordinator and Divisional Business Coordinator.Act as liaison with the CPS office to coordinate parent communication, feedback, and overall program experience.Train and mentor camp leaders, conduct regular check‑in meetings, provide feedback, and manage any necessary changes.Assist with planning, set‑up, coordination, and operational logistics of Trades Summer Camps.Communicate verbally with staff, campers, and parents/guardians.Address and resolve issues that arise during camp operations.Work closely with assigned CPS instructor and Camp Leaders to help manage activities throughout the day.Serve as point of contact throughout the day for Camp Leaders and camp attendees.Support day‑to‑day execution of summer camps, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to safety protocols, and a positive,
