By joining us, you'll be at the forefront of innovation in professional education, contributing to impactful learning experiences that drive career advancement and industry success.Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Financial Trainer – Wealth Management based out of our Toronto office.About The TeamYou will join our Wealth and Asset Management Training faculty, a globally collaborative team that designs and delivers programs and academies for banks, financial institutions, regulators, and multilaterals, with high visibility across client engagements.Trainers are expected to attend the office on a regular basis when not fulfilling training commitments.How You’ll Make An ImpactDesign and deliver high‑quality training across wealth and asset management programs and academies—via in‑house, virtual, and public courses—to improve client decision‑making, risk management, and portfolio outcomesTranslate complex wealth management concepts into engaging,
practical learning experiences aligned to client objectives and Fitch Learning quality standardsPrepare and continuously enhance training materials and assessments to reflect evolving industry practices, regulations, and product innovationsSupport business development as a subject matter expert—participating in scoping calls, tailoring proposals, and presenting program solutions to client stakeholdersServe as the first point of contact for content, technical, and process questions related to wealth and asset management, strengthening client trust and program effectivenessYou May Be a Good Fit If You HaveExtensive wealth/asset management experience within an investment manager, commercial or investment bank, financial regulator, or similar financial institutionProven presentation skills and confidence teaching complex topics to diverse audiences (virtual and in‑person)You are an effective communicator with a passion for education and measurable impact on learner outcomesWhat Would Make You Stand OutEnthusiasm for delivering learning using varied instructional methods and technologies to engage different learner profilesStrong professionalism and cultural awareness appropriate to global financial services clientsA desire to innovate—bringing fresh ideas to course design, delivery,

Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job‑related factors.
