This role involves managing claims from initiation through settlement, leveraging your analytical skills to navigate policies and ensure fair outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities:
Open and facilitate claims over the phone
Interview parties to gather detailed accounts of incidents
Analyze policy details for claim coverage determination
Make informed decisions about liability based on findings
Settle claims adequately and process required payments Requirements:
AMF claims adjuster license, exams completed
Experience in claims adjustment roles
Exceptional communication skills and time management
Bilingual proficiency: English and French
