Independently handle insurance defense files from start to finish
Conduct applications, mediations, and trials across levels of court
Draft legal documents and opinions for motions and mediations




Deliver legal seminars to enhance team knowledge
Collaborate with claims adjusters to ensure effective communication Requirements:
LLB or JD degree and current membership in Alberta Law Society
Minimum of two years of insurance litigation experience
Experience in commercial liability, transportation, and employment law
Robust organizational and interpersonal skills
