Lead troubleshooting across servers and networks




Mentor Technical Analysts and the Service Desk
Administer Windows Server and Active Directory
Manage Microsoft 365 services and Azure

5+ years in IT infrastructure roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Server and SQL
Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization
Robust communication skills for diverse audiences
