NNC Immigration is looking for a licensed RCIC to join our Brampton team as a hands-on case processor. This is not a management role — you'll be running your own caseload from intake through submission, doing the strategy, the drafting, and the filing yourself.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Meeting clients in person and conducting detailed immigration consultations
Building the immigration strategy for each client based on their background and goals
Personally preparing and processing files from intake through submission
Drafting submission letters, applicant explanations, and supporting documentation
Compiling and reviewing evidence packages before filing
Handling a range of applications including: Express Entry, PNP Programs, LMIA Applications, Work Permits, Spousal Sponsorships, Restoration and Refusal Matters
Staying current on IRCC policy changes, processing trends, and compliance requirements
Communicating directly with clients on file status, document requests, and next steps
Keeping client files and CRM records accurate and up to date
Upholding ethical and skilled standards under CICC guidelines





WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Active RCIC License in Positive Standing with CICC — required. Please do not apply without one.
Minimum 1 year of licensed immigration practice experience
Strong, current working knowledge of Canadian immigration law and procedures
Comfortable owning a full caseload independently, start to finish
Strong drafting skills for submission letters and applicant explanations
Detail-oriented — comfortable being the last check before a file goes out
Strong communication and client management skills
Experience using CRM and immigration case management systems
IRB experience is considered a strong asset

LOCATION

Brampton, ON

This is a full time in-office role. Applicants must be able to reliably commute daily.
