This is not a passive teachingrole—this is a leadership position where you will run, build, and evolvea program from the ground up.What You’ll Be Responsible ForLead and manage a specific afterschool program (e.G., esports, video editing, social media, etc.)Plan and execute structured sessions for students (curriculum + activities)Manage instructors or assistants where applicableEnsure student engagement, retention, and overall experience qualityTrack attendance, performance, and program outcomesContinuously improve the program based on feedback and resultsTake ownership of your program—treat it like a small business unitWhat We’re Looking ForStrong leadership and organizational abilityComfortable managing groups of students (youth experience is a plus)Background or strong interest in at least one relevant area:Esports / GamingContent Creation (YouTube, TikTok, Streaming)Video Editing / MediaDigital Skills / TechAbility to take initiative and operate with minimal oversightReliable, structured, and accountableProgram AreasWeare currently developing and expanding a range of afterschool programs.Program Leads will take ownership of one or more of the followingareas:Esports & Competitive GamingTeam-based play, tournaments, strategy, and player developmentContent Creation & StreamingYouTube,
