The role requires a confident leader who can guide an on-site team and ensure top-notch financial and operational performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide governance and compliance as the main advisor to the Board • Oversee full community operations and team dynamics • Conduct vendor management and maintain performance standards • Prepare annual budgets and financial reports • Ensure adherence to the Condominium Act regulations
Requirements: • Over 7 years in residential condominium management • Proven experience with high-profile property communities • CMRAO General License is a must • Robust leadership in team development • Effective at handling complex operations and multiple stakeholders
