A premier Ontario-based window and door manufacturer is seeking an established Independent Sales Agent or Manufacturers’ Representative Agency. This independent contractor role focuses on expanding our distribution network throughout the West GTA and Southwestern Ontario territory. We specialize in the residential current‑construction, custom build, and dealer markets.We supply the manufacturing capacity, competitive wholesale floor pricing, and dedicated estimating support.

You leverage your existing Ontario builder network to capture high-margin revenue.

Compensation and Incentives (100% Commission Structure):

- Complete Margin Retention: Retain 100% of the profit margin generated above our aggressive floor pricing. You control your customer pricing, with floor structures optimized dynamically based on the sales channel (volume builder, dealer, or direct-to-consumer).
- Equity Incentive Program: Eligible for company stock options based on volume milestones, providing long-term equity upside.




- High-Volume Earnings: Designed for independent agents leveraging networks to secure large-volume deals with subdivision, multi-home, and dealer accounts.

Requirements:

- 3 to 5+ years of experience selling windows/doors or related building materials.
- An active, established network of builders, renovators, developers, or dealers in Ontario.
- The established infrastructure to operate successfully as an independent contractor business entity.

Experience:

- Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

Pay: $150,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
