We are looking for full-time Material Handlers to join our team in our Ottawa location.

Your regular schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Every other Friday 6:00 am to 3pm.

The wage range for this position is from $20.00 - $25.00/hour.

Your day-to-day responsibilities





· Picking orders of lumber and materials used to build walls and floors.

· Ensuring orders are complete and accurate, identifying any issues or discrepancies.

· Making material packages delivery-ready by safely bundling, strapping, and labeling them for the next stage of handling.

What you need to succeed

· Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

· Experience working with your hands

· Framing experience is considered a strong asset

· Quality and detail oriented

· Capable of heavy lifting daily, and able to stand for long periods

· Ability to work well as part of a team

· Ability to communicate well in English

Please note that CSA-approved safety footwear is required – KOTT will provide other PPE
