You Will

- Maintain inventory and product quality, follow FIFO concept; ensure full display of various meat and seafood products
- Follow procedures to process expired products and assist department to control shrinkage
- Prepare various fresh & frozen products for sales activities, including but not limited to basic cuts, pack and label various products and display them in the display coolers and freezers
- Greet customers by providing good customer service with smile, friendly enthusiasm
- Assist customers in selecting meat and seafood products and provide recommendations to them, as required
- Maintain workplace cleanliness by washing and sanitizing. To ensurerelevant work tools are clean and well-kept.
- Keep display areas, back room, storage areas, walk-in coolers and walk-infreezers clean and tidy.
- Familiar with the location of various meat and seafood products; keepself-updated with all in Meat & Seafood Department promotional activities

You Should Have / Be

- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
- Demonstrate job commitment, accountable, honest, reliable
- A good team player, able to collaborate with and assist other colleagues
- Possess a positive, proactive, self-motivated work attitude
- Good attendance record, comply with company’s rules and regulations
- Flexible working in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evening hours and statutory holidays




- Be prepared to stand long time and to hands on dealing with meat and seafood products and lifting of products of 50 pounds on a regular basis;able to use working related tools in a safe manner
- Be prepared to work in low temperature (0-4 ℃), freezing temperature (-18℃), and wet environment for long time
- Not allergic to handling meat and seafood product
- Knowledge of basic work safety and food safety Relevant experience in handling meat or seafood products is preferred
