You Will

- Process various meat products by using the relevant cutting equipment and tools, ensuring it meets quality standards and minimizing shrinkage
- Know how to cut large sections of meat into specific portions, such as steaks, chops, strips, etc. Ensure precise cuts according to predefined specifications for size, weight and appearance
- Store meat products properly and timely after cutting them to prolong their shelf life, following FIFO concept
- Maintain inventory and ensure full of various meat products. Work quickly and accurately to meet production targets and store demand
- Maintain workplace cleanliness, wash and ensure relevant work tools are clean and well-kept
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior
- Familiar with the location of various meat iteams; keep self-updated with all in Meat Department promotional activities

You Should Have / Be

- Good attendance record, comply with company’s rules and regulations
- Flexible working in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evening hours and statutory holidays
- Able to operate meat cutting equipment and relevant tools in a safe manner




- Be prepared to stand long time and to hands on dealing with products and lifting of products of 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Be prepared to work in low temperature (0-4 ℃), freezing temperature (-18℃), and wet environment for long time
- Not allergic to handling meat products
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese &/or Mandarin)
- Knowledge of basic work safety and food safety Relevant experience in handling meat products is preferred
