Be at the forefront of infection control as the Infection Prevention & Control Program Leader with MICs. This temporary, full time role spans across Bingham Memorial Hospital and other facilities, ensuring effective infection control practices. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining infection prevention initiatives while leading surveillance and outbreak response.
You will also oversee the Medical Device Reprocessing program and collaborate closely with Public Health to meet infection prevention standards in all care settings. Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive infection prevention programs
Lead surveillance and outbreak management efforts
Support Medical Device Reprocessing quality initiatives
Coordinate employee health vaccination campaigns
Collaborate with organizational committees and provide training Requirements:
5+ years of RN experience in hospital settings
Preferred 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Robust command of PIDAC/PHO best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Requirement for a clear criminal background check Lead meaningful infection control initiatives to safeguard patient health across MICs services.
