Your leadership will assist in reducing barriers and promoting equitable access to resources in collaboration with key stakeholders. This role emphasizes a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee case management for youth housing
Engage with community housing partners and stakeholders
Design and implement effective youth-focused programs
Conduct operational planning and budget oversight
Monitor program funding and evaluations Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
At least three years’ experience working with youth
Leadership experience in a non-profit sector setting
Training in clinical counseling or similar approaches
Comprehensive understanding of youth housing issues Lead change and empower youth through cutting-edge housing initiatives.
