This role focuses on managing North American payroll and benefits operations directly reporting to the Lead, HRIS Operations.

You will drive changes to optimize payroll processes while fostering partnerships with key stakeholders. Your leadership will empower a high-performing team dedicated to compliant payroll delivery and excellent benefits administration. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee payroll and advantages operations in North America
Lead payroll system consolidation and transformation projects
Improve payroll processes through stakeholder collaboration
Ensure adherence to payroll legislation and audit standards
Mentor and build a high-performing payroll team Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
Over 7 years of payroll experience
At least 3 years managing payroll teams
Hands-on experience with ADP payroll software
