Facilitate client connections for long-term housing
Empower clients to advocate for themselves
Attend and assist at client meetings
Maintain transparent communication within support networks
Manage a caseload and document client progress Requirements:
Diploma/degree in a relevant field
Minimum 1 year experience with marginalized populations
Solid skills in conflict resolution and communication
