Drive excellence in housekeeping at Cabot Revelstoke Mountain Lodge as the Training and Operations Manager. Focus on team development and high standards of cleanliness. As the Housekeeping Training and Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and training the housekeeping team at Cabot Revelstoke Mountain Lodge.

Your key focus will be to coordinate training efforts and oversee administrative tasks such as inventory management and scheduling. Work alongside the Housekeeping Manager to ensure that both guest rooms and public areas reflect the lodge’s luxury standards. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and efficiency
Develop and implement comprehensive training materials




Ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards
Supervise inventory control for linens and supplies
Manage payroll and reporting functions for the department Requirements:
Significant experience in a resort housekeeping setting
Demonstrated leadership and training experience
In-depth knowledge of cleaning and health protocols
Solid organizational and communication skills
