Join CC&L; as a Reconciliation Senior Analyst and play a key role in our Institutional Portfolio Operations team. This pivotal hybrid role focuses on ensuring accurate reconciliation of various financial assets for diverse institutional clients. With a postgraduate degree and at least 4 years of industry experience, you'll reconcile holdings, cash, and derivatives.

Your problem-solving acumen will be essential in addressing reconciliation discrepancies while you engage directly with custodians and portfolio managers to facilitate communication. You'll also help drive process enhancements for greater efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Perform reconciliation of transactions, holdings, and derivatives
Analyze discrepancies and escalate issues as needed




Communicate portfolio information to stakeholders
Assist with audit preparation and data accuracy
Participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes Requirements:
Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
4+ years of experience in reconciliation within finance
Solid analytical, verbal, and written skills
Proficient in Excel and data management tools
