Join IMP Aerospace & Defence as an Intermediate Avionics Engineer, focusing on the lifecycle management of avionics and electrical systems. Utilize your engineering skills in a cooperative setting. In this role, you’ll be responsible for life-cycle management support, helping to detect and rectify engineering design deficiencies.
You'll engage with clients and internal teams to ensure project success and compliance with regulations. The position requires a proactive approach to engineering problem-solving and communication. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze avionics design deficiencies and recommend solutions
Prepare comprehensive engineering reports and test plans
Liaise with senior management and customers for project updates
Take project responsibility, controlling scheduling and costs
Provide troubleshooting support for maintenance needs Requirements:
B. Eng or B. Sc. in Avionics/Electrical Engineering
Solid knowledge of aircraft systems
Excellent organizational and presentation abilities
Experience with military/commercial aircraft preferred
Eligibility for Canadian security clearances Drive innovation and contribute to aviation advancements at IMP Aerospace.
