The Business Development

Specialist, reporting to the regional Business Development Director, is responsible for nurturing broker relationships that align with the company's strategic objectives. You’ll leverage data-driven insights to guide brokers, support training initiatives, and monitor performance metrics to enhance overall operations in the insurance market. Key Responsibilities:
Support brokers in achieving production and profitability targets
Monitor and interpret performance metrics for growth




Build trust through proactive communication and collaboration
Facilitate broker training on company products and standards
Provide assistance on contract compliance and broker agreements Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or insurance
Experience in broker-facing roles within insurance
