Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will focus on enhancing the employee experience throughout their lifecycle.

Your role merges traditional HR functions with strategic data analysis, ensuring productive operations and compliance. This role requires 2+ years of HR experience and a passion for creating a positive workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment, performance, and offboarding processes
Maintain confidentiality in employee records and policies
Guide employees on People and Culture programs
Analyze workforce metrics to inform decisions
Optimize digital HR tools for better user experience Requirements:
Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or related areas
2+ years of relevant HR experience required
Knowledge of HRIS and process improvement techniques
Solid analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
