Your role focuses on providing quality EFAP services in a supportive, people-focused setting where innovation thrives. In this position, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver direct clinical services and confidential counselling as part of the Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP). Your contributions will help foster a path towards better mental health and well-being for clients.

The role may involve evening or Saturday work to meet client needs effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver EFAP services including counselling and assessments
Create treatment plans and maintain progress notes
Develop action-oriented service plans for clients
Manage case assignments while ensuring accountability
Require evening and/or Saturday availability Requirements:
Master’s in Counselling, Psychology, or related field
Licensed with the relevant governing body
At least 3 years of relevant counseling experience
Knowledge of assessment and crisis management
