Operating within a regulated manufacturing environment, we are committed to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.The OpportunityThe Production Associate Level 2 plays an key role within the production team, supporting manufacturing operations and ensuring product quality standards are met. This role involves operating production equipment, monitoring manufacturing conditions, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and supporting quality and inventory processes within a fast‑paced food and natural health product manufacturing environment.What Success Looks LikeSafe and efficient operation of production equipment and machineryAccurate monitoring of production conditions and product specificationsConsistent adherence to quality and food safety standardsProper documentation and recording of production dataEffective coordination of product flow and inventory management within curing roomsClean and organized production workspace aligned with company standardsResponsibilitiesProduction Equipment OperationSet up and operate single-function and multi-function machines used in natural health product manufacturingAdjust equipment settings according to formulation standards and company operating proceduresMonitor production conditions and adjust machinery based on recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Respond to alarms or equipment malfunctions and operate emergency shut‑off procedures when requiredQuality Monitoring & Production SupportObserve finished products to verify size, shape, and overall quality standardsRecord production data accurately and maintain required documentationAssist Quality team with testing activities such as moisture testing when requiredInventory & Product FlowManage curing room inventory and complete regular inventory countsSupport product movement in and out of curing rooms, following FIFO (First In, First Out) practicesPre‑stage approved product for packaging based on production schedulesSanitation & Food SafetySanitize machinery and materials at the end of each shiftMaintain production workspaces in accordance with company cleanliness standardsFollow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocolsEquipment & Process SupportManage programming of drying chambers as requiredAssist with general production tasks and operational support as neededQualificationsExperience & EducationHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferredExperience in food manufacturing, nutraceuticals, or gummy production considered a strong assetTechnical SkillsAbility to understand and follow safety procedures and food production operating standardsBasic math skills and ability to read instructions and recipesEnglish reading and writing proficiency requiredPhysical RequirementsStand or walk for extended periodsStoop, reach, kneel, or crouch as neededLift objects weighing up to 25 lbs repetitivelyLift objects weighing up to 50 lbs occasionallyWork shift schedules in a 24/7 production environmentAdditional RequirementsMust have proof of eligibility to work in CanadaOur Commitment to Inclusive HiringWe are committed to building an inclusive and accessible workplace.
