and best practicesEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, environmental requirements, and safety standardsProvide technical guidance and support to internal partners, external agencies, and the publicA closer look at the roleIn this intermediate-level role, you'll act as both a technical expert and a key partner in the development process. You'll balance engineering analysis with relationship management by working closely with developers, consultants, and internal teams to support responsible and sustainable growth. You'll also step into a leadership capacity when needed, providing guidance, making informed decisions, and supporting continuity in the absence of senior leadership.What You BringStrong knowledge of municipal civil engineering principles, including roads, utilities, stormwater systems, and land developmentExperience reviewing development applications and supporting infrastructure projects through design and constructionUnderstanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and municipal standardsProject management experience, including contract preparation and administrationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institutionProfessional Membership (or eligibility)
