Implement individualized rehabilitation plans
Supervise Rehabilitation Aides in daily activities
Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices Requirements:
Must be a graduate of a recognized Physical Therapy program
Actively registered with the Canadian Physiotherapists’ Association
Desire to work with elderly populations
Obtain a transparent Criminal Records Check
