Aide position at AgeCare involves working collaboratively to provide essential basic care and support. You will assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and social activities. A background in continuing care will enhance your ability to positively impact the lives of residents in this comforting workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with resident bathing and personal care
Use appropriate equipment for protected resident transfers
Feed residents according to nutrition plans
Perform routine treatments under nurse supervision
Help residents access communal areas and activities Requirements:
One year experience in a care setting preferred
Completion of recognized PCA/HCA certificate
Must be registered with CLHA
Excellent English communication skills
